This just keeps getting funnier and funnier. Remember the woman that Orly Taitz represented last week when the judge smacked her down hard, a soldier who wanted her orders voided because Obama isn’t really the president? Her name is Capt. Connie Rhodes. And she’s now filing a grievance against Taitz and wrote a letter to the judge telling him she didn’t want Taitz anywhere near her case anymore.
After losing and being told by the judge that if she ever files another such suit in his court she’d be sanctioned, Taitz then filed a motion for reconsideration in the same court. The motion began:
Plaintiff Connie Rhodes files this request for stay of Deployment pending Plaintiff’s Motions for Rehearing and to Amend and/or Alter Judgment pursuant to Rule 59(e).
But apparently, Connie Rhodes didn’t file that request at all and is upset that Taitz filed it on her behalf. In a letter to the judge, Rhodes said that she “did not authorize this motion to be filed.” She also said:
I do not wish for Ms. Taitz to file any future motions or represent me in any way in this court. It is my plan to file a complaint with the California State Bar due to her reprehensible and unprofessional actions.
Rhodes will now, of course, immediately become a communist traitor.
